The new windows have helped in reducing our cooling cost .
Gary Bierma was our salesman, he didn't pressure us into buying anything we didn't need. We need 2 replacement windows, some fascia repaired and a storm door installed. Scott Smith's crew did a great job. There were some hiccups because of lack of notes. The fascia is about 40 feet off the ground, which they weren't prepared for and had to come back another day. In the end it all looks great.

I guess I would have liked to not have had to pick up scrap wood scattered, sweeping sawdust, or throwing away old dead bolt. Maybe some chalk between interior wallboard and door frame would have been nice. I am pleased with the metal covering of the door frame looks great. They were very polite and on time. They also did a pretty good job filling in several woodpecker holes on my south side even with snow on the ground.
I'm rating this not for the work done, but for the work we have NOT SEEN DONE! The actually sales experience was very good! How ever after that the customer service stopped. We were told are job would be done prior to Thanksgiving, I've had to call on twice and now it has been pushed back a secound time to the secound week in December. Ordered windows and a door for our front porch, called them to cancel the door prior to them even receiving it and was told we could not do it. Will be replacing 12 more windows throughout the... read more
