My dad did business with them for many years. He passed away in July and I had to reorder checks from his bank to pay his bills, when they came the account number was wrong and I didn’t notice it. The check didn’t clear the bank because of that. When I called and explained what happened and asked if they would write off the $30 charge they refused!!!
