friendly, efficient, and professional
Heather is great as always and Dr. Brad is very thorough with his exam. Very good experience. The ladies at the desk are very welcoming and helpful. Great dentist office environment!
I have never had a crown before and was expecting some discomfort, but much to my surprise everything went great. A little sensitive to cold but other than that the experience went just great (as great as going to a dentist can be:)) and the tooth feels just fine! Thank you to Dr Brad and Rose for your excellent work and caring personalities. I didn't have very good experiences at the dentist when I was a child, so I suppose that still haunts me. I have to remember it is not like that anymore. Have a Merry Christmas!
Brenda did excellent work cleaning my teeth. I was able to relax, (I had been a bit tense when I went in) and she took a few minutes after the appt. to chat. Dr. Brad checked my teeth and was professional and friendly. Thank you all.
Visiting Iowa Falls Family Dentistry is like being with family! Dr. Brad and his friendly staff provide wonderful care with individualized concern for the patient. My family relies on them for all their dental care!
I miss seeing Gladyce at the front desk (I do catch up with her around town now and again), and Stephanie is doing a fabulous job of replacing her. Amy is always friendly and helpful. I had a new hygienist. She was excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, thorough and efficient. (Ms. Wagner) Dr. Miller is always excellent and I continue my love relationship with Iowa Falls Family Dentistry.
