Be very careful of going here. My husband was there in June 2016. Now they are saying our son, who we only listed as an "emergency contact" is our "Guarantor" and are threatening to take him to collection for a bill that we never received. They claim it is the billing company's fault. The billing company, Mercy Clinics and Physicians, claim I have to go through Iowa Diabetes and Endocrinology to resolve the problem. Ridiculous!!!!!! Mercy was extremely rude. I have been given another number that only got me a voice mail.
Terrible customer service! I called today to get an appointment. My family doctor sent them a referral in November of 2016. I found out from the endocrinologist's receptionist that they received the referral but not my records. So instead of calling the referring Doctor, they let things sit. I guess a phone call was too much for them. In the meantime, I was without my prescription for 2 months.
