BMW motorcycles of Iowa city has always treated me fairly I will return
Cannot say enough about the great service I received. I was on a beautiful road trip across the country going home to Richmond Virginia when I realized I needed a rear tire and a 6 k service. I got up at 5 am and left Sioux Falls to make it here by 11:30 am on the Chance they would be able to fit me in. That's what they did. Immediately put me at ease and assessed the repair needs and even set me up with the lead tech to make all the repairs. Great People. Great Job. Don't worry if these guys are working on your bike.
As always, exceptional, quality customer service !! Recently had the 18 K service done on my R1200 RT. An in advance quote was prepared; the specifics were communicated clearly by Mitch in service and the work was done timely and as promised. Generous service "loaner" arrangements were made and excepted gratefully. The best part=The fact that someone took the time to wipe down my bike clean made the total of the bill negligible Above and beyond.

Great place, great people. They will absolutely take care of you. I have to admit, I was a little concerned about the change from Gina's to BMW Motorcycles of Iowa City. While things are different, they are still just as good. Still well worth the ride from Des Moines to do business!!
I definitely won't be doing business with those bunch again.
My visit was my 1st on the recommendation of a friend. I rode over from Des Moines for an oil change and a tweak on my steering head. No formal appointment but I called them in advance a few days before I came. Very positive visit.
