Want to thank BMW motorcycles of Iowa City my brother and his girlfriend are traveling around the US on there BMW motorcycle the broke down in Iowa they lent them a car for four days fixed his bike when came time to pay his Bill it was paid in full. They thanked my brother for his service. My mom and I thank you for taking such good care of them why they were in your town. It's nice to see people still care for our military and all they do so we can live and lay our heads down in peace.
My experience with this dealership has been excellent. I purchased a used bike and had some serious issues shortly after. We worked out an agreement to resolve the problems in a pleasant manner and they went well beyond what they were obligated to do. That was a year ago and they have done nothing to lower my opinion of them.
