Amazing Dr's and staff. They have taken incredible care of our mom! Very caring and we are blessed to have them on our team!
Your receptionist is rude. Soon as we walk in no hello how you doing to my mother who just got diagnosed with cancer but immediately tells us about her balance. Told the lady that we had an issue with insurance but it was fixed and asked her to bill again. She then responds it's the patients responsibility to pay their bill. Like seriously?? Then another woman comes out and discusses her billing and insurance again before they even call us back to be seen. Seems like they care more about the bill than the patient.
