You basically need a water softener in this area, and the Hague system they install is a great one, I don't have complaints on the hardware side. However, their support suuuuuuuucks. They'll promise you a warranty, but then when you do inevitably need them they'll be impossible to reach. When you finally do get ahold of somebody they won't show up, and after you pester them enough after a couple weeks (yes weeks) they'll just stop responding completely.
This company is as crooked as they come! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! They sold us a machine, never installed it properly, and left us high and dry. Now two months later they still haven't fixed it, keep lying and giving us the run-around. Not only do they owe us money ($150) for a referral they never paid us for, but they also owe us a reimbursement for the money we've been having to pay monthly on the system ($138) that has never worked.
