Terrible communication would not hear back from them for hours or even days. They lied about damage on the vehicle when i asked. There was deep scratches in the paint and they tried to hide them with brush on paint that wasn't even color matched. Interior was filthy i had to take it to get detailed because it was so bad. They are not very trustworthy i would not recommend you buy anything from them. I'm still waiting to hear they're plan to fix the paint but again very poor communication. Andy and Jason are great guys to chat to if you have specific auto needs. They may be a small dealer but they seem to go that extra mile. It was great doing business with them. I’m happy with the results
It can be difficult to know how a dealer will react when there is a problem with a vehicle. Just such a situation occurred with me recently. I was very worried that ione auto would not help when I reached out to them. The company owner Andy Song reacted immediately, he kept up communications, and ensured that things were made right. His positive open attitude makes him a great business owner, that looks after his customers. Great service. Thats the most important thing when choosing where to buy a car.
