Iona Autos helped me get into a vehicle when no one else would, I have student loans which is normal for a lot of people but I have more then a lot of people, and well it helps when someone is there trying to help you help yourself, Ruben was nice he always greeted me when I walked in, he even helped me replace two of the tires on the vehicle, everything went smoothly and everything worked out very eloquently. This place was by far the most helpful and honest place I’ve been to.. the customer service is great!!! Ruben is very sweet and talks to you on a level that you understand.. I’m clueless when it comes to cars and he was able to explain things so I could understand.. I also asked 12 thousand questions and he answered them all more than once.. thank you to the whole team that took extra good care of me... HIGHLY Recommended
I highly recommend this place. Don’t worry about bad credit or no credit. They will get you into a car 100 percent. Ruben was my salesman and he was very friendly, helpful and made sure I got it I a car of my dreams. They stand true to what they say. Thank you again Ruben!!! I’m a happy customers!!

Very easy process! Ruben took very good care of us and he was really upfront. They are very affordable too. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who can’t go to a normal dealership because of bad credit or repos etc. they are very helpful as well!
