I am incredibly disappointed in I'On Health. A massage should be something to look forward to. I have been penalized for having to reschedule my appointment (that my husband surprised me with) because of work. I could not be more displeased by their 'customer service'. Thanks for ruining what should be a relaxing and enjoyable experience! Do yourself a favor and go elseware.
