I really enjoyed my infrared sauna treatment. The space is beautiful very inviting. I’m excited to try other services, the wellness center has to offer!

I’ve been doing neurofeedback sessions with Becky and have benefited in a number of ways. I’ve gained clarity, focus, been able to regulate my nervous system, an overall better sense of peace. My motivation and drive has improved. The sessions have been so helpful in my day to day life with work and daily personal stressors.
I reached out to Becky in pursuit of LENS neurofeedback after a series of traumatic events throughout the last year.
