I’ve been doing neurofeedback sessions with Becky and have benefited in a number of ways. I’ve gained clarity, focus, been able to regulate my nervous system, an overall better sense of peace. My motivation and drive has improved. The sessions have been so helpful in my day to day life with work and daily personal stressors.
