Yesterday, 9 Nov 2020, I called Iomeda and requested help in hooking up my printer and various internet devices as I'm switching internet providers. I was advised that a tech could show up later in the day. Jake called me at the anticipated time and arrived quickly. Jake was VERY knowledgeable and fast and had everything done in just over an hour, including the printer and 4 or 5 internet devices!
