Very nice hardworking people I like to go for my dental work
This dental office is the best! All who work there are courteous, happy and competent. So glad I found them.
Beware of their practices. I was told in-person and over the phone that I was paid in full, just to receive billing on the backend. Guaranteeing services to be paid by insurance and then turning around and asking for money is a poor business model, and I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere. If you’d like to be hit with surprise bills, visit iO Dentistry!
Excellent visit from beginning to end. Reception welcomed me right away, I barely had a chance to sit down in the warning room and they were calling me back to be seen. The dental assistant kept a relaxed conversation while doing X-rays and prepping for procedure. Dr Nguyen is the epitome of kind and professional.
