Our experience here was ok. One of my gripes was having our deposit for carpet being taken and getting a call 2 days later. To find out that our either high school or just out of high school sales associate didn't have us sign the purchase contract. And that our carpet wouldn't be ordered until it was signed. The only confirmation we ended up getting that it had been received as signed was when we got the call to schedule the install. Then the installers were 45 minutes late, no apology no nothing.

I love the large variety of carpet, wood flooring, counter tops, and tile. And I loved how they had the exterior stuff in there too. Everything was in one place which was AWESOME!!! The staff was also phenomenal because they were extremely helpful and kind.
Wonderful knowledgable staff, and great show room. We loved all the options in picking out our new home choices.
