We work with them and I believe that their absolutely professional. In fact, they are one of the best property management firms we collaborate with; always responsive and attentive to their tenants' needs.
We have been working with Crown Lux Management for several years and are very happy with this partnership. They are very clear and thorough with their request. They use Meld platform for communicating, which is user friendly, and great for keeping all communication in one place. They also pay on-time through ACH payments, which is an additional bonus. Good company to work with!
