this place used to be nice but it’s gone downhill so quickly changing out management all the time the gate not working and then charging $100+ for clickers to the gate that hasn’t worked for years a “security” guard who does nothing there are children constantly all over peoples yards leaving trash being extremely loud (you can hear them clearly from inside) cars that are always speeding through the complex blaring music in the middle of the night too many police encounters and shootings this place is not worth it i wouldn’t... read more
I had a $600 bicycle stolen, the office Staff bushed it off as Nothing. I asked if they could see who stole my bike on their cameras and they did not even bother to get back with me. I had a home invasion, and the last week I was there, a Drive By shooting occurred! The Office Staff rarely returns your calls or emails. The so called "Amenities" do not work, and good luck getting your deposit back! FYI...If you have problems not getting your deposit back look up the KS Landlord Tenant Act and demand damages...
