I wish I could give them less than one star. Inwest Title made an error on our closing docs. Inwest Title made an error signing and we had to come BACK in for signature. Inwest Title made fail to submit our documents in time for funding the following day, which delayed our timing on recording and getting keys. Do not use this title company!
We used Inwest Title when we purchased our new home. Krista was amazing to work with! We were able to sign most of the documents electronically so on our closing date I think we only had to sign our names like 5 times. Everything was taken care of and detailed so it was easy to see what we were doing. She explained each page thoroughly. If you are looking for a great, professional Title company who will work FOR YOU Inwest is the place to go. :)
