Great customer service. Quick to get back with you when you have issues and very helpful when doing so. Very friendly and personable. We had an older POS system will all kinds of issues in the past and we now have Invoteq and have not had any major issues at all. We appreciate all they have done for us!! I would recommend this company to anyone and I actually have recommend to several business I know.

I’ve been with them for a year now and these guys have really taken care of my and my business. Haven’t had a single issue ever. They do exactly what they say they will and they stand behind their service. Shout out to Joe!

You won’t find another company that is devoted to making everything work as seamlessly as possible and if it doesn’t they go above and beyond. It has been a pleasure to work with Tonya and Steve. They both have gone above and beyond to help us get things set up. Steve has even came several times as early as 3 in the morning, to fix things and drop off new equipment. It’s rare you find an owner like Joe who makes the trip to meet you in person to meet you and see things are working efficiently.

I would have loved to give this company a glowing review, as many have, but after the last text I received from Joe, he definitely earned the one star given. This company was initially great to work with but seemed to have follow-through issues especially regarding how busy they were versus when they initially told me they would try to get me set-up.
