30% of appointments were cancelled last minute. Rarely were phone calls or emails answered in less than 10 days, often never answered. Inviva was not accommodating with moving to other clinics in order to get treatment as prescribed, after last minute cancellations. I would choose a different clinic within Ontario if possible.
I would like to thank the staff at inviva Trainyards in Ottawa east. The team really takes quality care of me and always make me laugh when I am feeling down. Thank you nurses and staff members for being so caring and for taking good care of me. From Zanie Rabhaa
