The nurses were always amazing, the scheduling staff are rude and dismissive. Good luck getting your medication as prescribed! Will never use inviva ever again.
Do not use this place! My appointment was confirmed by the manufacturer of the medication, the delivery service and the clinic.. when I walked into the clinic for my scheduled appointment they said they don’t have my medication or an appointment for me. I called to speak to a coordinator and they said “we can book you in for tomorrow” 1. I took a day off work for this appointment which was confirmed multiple times by multiple parties 2. Awful service by their customer service team. They had my blood work kit I needed to get done and I left 4 voicemails and 3 emailed trying to reschedule an appointment after they canceled it due to lack of staff.
Neat and clean or well experienced staff..
