DO NOT RENT FROM INVITATION HOMES: They do not prioritize big repairs like roof damage from Hurricane Milton over my daughter's bedroom. (delayed and ignored for 8 months!!) Melissa from Maintenance is amazing! Her customer service is 10/10. She has been helping my family with my AC and she has been there for me every step of the way! I don’t know what I would have done without her! She is absolutely great! Thank you so much for caring about us!
Update 7/22/2025: bathroom fixed & mold removed. Maintenance was on time & worked the whole time to get this project done. Update 6/30/25: I attached photos of what is believed to be black mold growing in the bathroom & Invitation Homes isn’t fixing the issue. They have scheduled 5-6 workers so far to give them quotes on fixing this issue & all of them have said the same thing. DO NOT RENT FROM INVITATION HOMES I’ve had a terrible experience with Invitation Homes and want to warn others. I was without air conditioning for 10 days during extreme summer heat, an absolutely unacceptable delay for a basic necessity, especially in a rental that’s charging top-dollar prices. They promised I would be reimbursed for the suffering and inconvenience, but now they’ve completely ghosted me. No one will return my calls or respond to my messages. This management company is the epitome of incompetence. We've had our front door broken for over 1 year and they refuse to fix it. we've had at least 5 different vendors come out over this time period who've all assessed that this door needs to be replaced, yet Invitation Homes refuses to do so. We now have the pleasure of water coming through the door every time it rains - it's great! This place is the plague - stay away at all costs and make sure you know you're legal rights
