Edit to my review: THEY WILL STEAL YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT just look up there lawsuit filled by the FTC. This was last year and these practices are still on going with plenty of others who had the same experience. I received 30% of deposit back after leaving the home in good condition. Charged me $495 to replace 5 cheap plastic blinds and $510 to "mow the lawn" that was maybe 2 weeks after mowing it myself. I cant stress enough look else where I've rented from 4 other companies and all had there issues but none of them stole f... read more

If I could put 0 stars I would Invitation homes has let my home have a severe water leak for 3 months of which is creating mold issues in the home. I would not recommend invitation homes to anyone ever. The lack of care and consideration for my family and children in the home is disgusting. They look for the cheapest possible option and when the quote is what they consider too high they repeatedly send contractors. We have cirrently had 7 vendors come out of which they have accepted none of the proposals. Over 90 days and co... read more

i have never rented from them but have a good friend that is living in a home from Invitation homes. The house needs extensive plumbing repairs which they have failed to repair in the last 3 months of service request. They keep denying the contractor quotes over and over due to the cost. Unfortunately she is going to have to take them to court to recover the money she is having to put out. they are terrible landlords and avoid at all cost.

I just spoke with a woman in Billing with Invitation Homes due to huge mistake of disconnecting my electricity and marking the property I’m currently renting as vacant. The woman seemed to be AA and was not listening to me at all and had no sense of urgency or concern she just wanted to quickly get me off the phone. And she said she was a billing manager but didn’t have basic customer service skills and didn’t seem to want to help me at all. Someone or the system disconnected my electricity service that I turned on in June a... read more

Im a neighbor next to one of their houses that they rent out and the current tenants had moved out. I have been reaching out for months now, due to the neighbors/my fence (thats on their side to replace and fix) falling over since Hurricane beryl and they still havent came out to fix it, reply to my calls, messages, or services requests. I can only imagine if you actually live under their roof how it would be renting with them.
