They make you pay $10 a MONTH for QUARTERLY air filter delivery (they only send one air filter, not enough for all of the filters in the house). -They make you pay $10 a MONTH for a ring doorbell and they don’t even cover a plan to let you see your video history. I agree with other residents that are complaining about monthly fees. We were forced to pay $9.95 a month for air filters they send us every 90 days. At the store they are half of the $30 they are charging for two 90 day filters. We reported mold on our garage ceiling on 01/31/25 from a leak in the wall. 5 people came out to give estimates over a span of a month and a half, but nothing has been done. I emailed this company and asked for someone to call me. I have a low credit score and needed to speak to A REAL PERSON first. I guess it was AI that was emailing me and urged me to apply. My 2 adult kids applied as well.. $55 per person per application. Within 24 hours I was denied because of my credit. I was in an accident several years ago and the settlement was not enough to get me out of debt for not being able to work for months. Needless to say my credit was ruined. Avoid This Property Management Company at All Costs If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been, without a doubt, the worst property management experience I’ve ever dealt with. From day one, they have been completely unresponsive, neglectful, and utterly incompetent. Maintenance requests? Ignored for weeks. If you’re considering renting a property managed by this company, run the other way.
