Horrible service! My house has gas leaking from 2 different sources. A work order was created and then canceled. Ring devices are also still not functional and was attached to someone else's account since I've moved in. They force you to use their Ring device and utility company for gas, water and sewer as well; making money in a multitude of ways but not giving proper services when needed!
From start to finish and still ongoing, our experience with Invitation Homes is absolutely horrible. We were attracted by the companies values and overlooked the negative reviews. Well soon to find out, they're absolutely true! Stay away from this company like it's COVID-19! We were rushed by Rachel Ross to sign a lease on a home we haven't seen yet with the fear of losing our $500 holding fee. This is the most IGNORANT, INCOMPETENT, NEGLIGENT, UNFITTING, UNSUITABLE, DISRESPECTFUL company we've ever dealt with since the beginning! You should be embarrassed for how your employers treat and talk to your clients. Especially after we've been very patient and understanding while dealing with the unprofessionalism my husband and I received from Rachel Ross. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND for people to stay away from this company or you'll end up regretting doing business with them.
DO NOT EVER USE. Had a rental with this company for a year. Was lied to from start to end. The house was never cleaned upon move in, appliances didn't work, the fence was termite invested. The home was never repaired the way it should have been and now they have gone silent when inquiring about getting my deposit back – which is beyond the 30 days they have to refund it. These are the exact people to avoid, but you should NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Who has a 1.28 rating from the BBB. Scumbags.
STAY AWAY FROM INVITATIONS HOMES AT ALL COSTS. These folks are the biggest *bags on earth. I wish I could leave negative stars. I've left other reviews about or horrible move in expereince (Bugs, Not cleaned, Yard a disaster) and the multiple flat out lies they told us. They pictured the home with a hot tub. Complicated boring processes. Many requirements. Many emails on a daily basis. The lease agreement alone is 51 pages that could have been simpler saving everyone's time and mind, so is every email and brochure they send. Expensive rent comparing to similar options, yet wasn't clean for move in. No one to speak over the phone to discuss our concerns, deal with machines and mails to different people.
