Worst experience I have ever had. They promise to get the authorization submitted when you book the appointment. On the morning of the appointment I spend 90 minutes on hold getting ahold of anybody to see if it’s authorized. It’s not. They want me to sign a waiver that I could be on the line for the cost of the entire appointment and verbatim “it’s like gambling 50/50 that you could be due” what?! Are you kidding me. Very capable and friendly people in the MRI department. Great job!
I’ve have had fusion in my back and every time I need an MRI I have to go over to the South Park location instead of the South Balsam Way location in Littleton. I‘be been told the Balsam location will rip out my titanium fusion material to the machine can’t see through the screws and rods. WHATEVER , Time to replace the machine so people don’t have to drive and most importantly you wouldn’t have to wait weeks for an appointment. I would like to add the Staff over there are very polite and professional.
