If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely appalling that I was forgotten for 3 weeks when I had been waiting back to get imaging done. There's absolutely no care for the patient, no sympathy. I was just told "Sorry, nothing else we can offer you." How about you care a little more? Help people out when they are struggling to make ends meet? Not only that, but they filed another patient's file under mine, and that patient had a breast lump. I was contacted saying that I needed to be scanned for my breast lump. Instant panic... read more
