Every time I come here it's a 2 hour plus wait
I called today with a complex question and had the pleasure of speaking with Kathleen. She provided the exact guidance and steps to scheduling I was needing. I am so thankful I spoke with her. She totally relived my anxieties! Thank you Kathleen!!!
I chose Midwest Eye Institute for a surgical procedure and subsequent cataract surgery. Every step of the way I met with professionalism at the highest level. Additionally, everyone I encountered was friendly and courteous. My surgeon, Dr. Jennifer Nottage, was outstanding not only in the surgeries, but in every follow up appointment. If you’re looking for the best of the best in eye care, I highly recommend Dr. Nottage.
The normal wait times at this place are not justifiable. A 3-1/2 hour wait, I was just told, is “normal” for them because they are a “specialty practice.” To treat patients this way and have no desire to fix it tells me we are not with the right practice. There are a lot of elderly, immobile patients here. We will not be coming back!!
