Dr. June Geng is exceptional in every way. She listens to her patients, has obvious skill and dexterity, and a very pleasant disposition. Her training was impeccable and it now shows in her practice. I had an emergent scenario on my hands and her practice fit me in the very next day. I could not be more pleased with their level of service from the person answering the phone to the nurse who assessed my situation to Dr. Geng's handiwork on my eye. I have been seeing Dr. John Minturn for a few years now and Absolutely Love him and his staff! Highly recommend!
A very busy institution. Expect to wait 30-45 minutes after your scheduled time. The nurses are lovely,, especially Claudia. Dr Minton is curt and to the point. Don’t expect small talk or a hug. He’s been doing this a long time so I felt safe. 4/5 stars because you feel like herded cattle.. but at least staff is competent
I will say that it's very busy sometimes, but the staff was very friendly and tried their best to get the appointments moving along. Dr. Frank H. Was very detailed about what's going on with my mother and respectful.
Dr Ankur Shah is one of the best eye specialist that I have seen. Yes, the wait times are a tad bit long but I think they are actively aware and adjusting. Dr. Shah anlways apologizes for the extended wait. He is so excellent at what he does it’s well worth the wait to be seen by the best. I have been under his care for about 9 months. He is sensitive to your needs. So bring a good good book and relax.
