Doctors are ok, staff is fine as well, but the wait times are nuts. It took over two hours past our appointment time just to get a couple of injections for my 91 year old mothers eyes. No way to run a business.
Need eye injections? Arrive on time, pay over $500, sit in a waiting room for 2 hours be treated like cattle being processed and smile.
Terrible place with absolutely no compassion, spoke with my father on the phone after telling him a few days prior his diagnosis was slow growing and nothing to be over concerned with. Following week called and gave him two options either remove his eye would possibly work, that they were wrong and the cancer had spread and he didnt have long, either way long story short they should have made a point to call us in to discuss this not alone over the phone with him.
