This office is a pure money grab. They do not offer any reminder calls, texts, or emails, in the hopes that you miss your appointment and they can hit you with a no show fee. It is honestly the only doctor of any type, including dentists, that I have experienced that do not offer a reminder service. That tells me they do not actually care about their patients, everything is purely a business transaction with them. I recommend staying away from them.
The only reason they got a star is because it is necessary to rate, if you want to evaluate. There is one NP who cares about the patients. The other slew of NPs and Dr.s there either couldn't care less about the patients, or they have been micromanaged into apathy. They are rude, nasty, self-serving, lazy, and unprofessional. Terrible service - I got to my appointment 10 minutes early and was told they couldn’t. See me because I had paperwork to fill out ! No one asked me to come early nor did they mail the paperwork !!!! Staff was rude and didn’t care that they were in the wrong and they treated me badly!!!! Do not go here - only interested in money
Invision Health canceled my appointment with no notice. I arrived to find I got canceled. Receptionist down stairs was rude trys to shot temperature from your forhead after I stated I rather have my wrist temperature she made rude comment I stated it not good to simulate shooting someone in the front brain area. Upstairs both receptionist were rude had no excuse for Doctors failure to show up for work. Go to Dent neurologist.
