Been a patient with them for years Roxannne and brittany are rude and unprofessional. me and my son came in for contacts and glasses I was told one thing and than told something different when I corrected them on it I was told to come and get my records and go somewhere else and my son when he went to get his glasses they where trying to charge us for stuff that on my insurance was 100 covered very rude staff the only one that was trying to help and was professional was the manager in optical Jennifer i have never been treat... read more
Can I just say how fun mandy was I came in for an over all eye check up and she made sure I was laughing the whole time
Great customer service and personable staff. The Drs. are great and take their time with each patient yet there are short wait times.
I highly recommend Brenden White, OD He has been taking care of my eyes and my diabetic daughters eyes for 20 years now. In fact I first met him when I heard on the radio his ad for free diabetic eye exam since my daughter was newly diagnosed I made an appointment. I was so impressed with the exam and the time he gave explaining what he saw and he didn't just talk with me he spoke and explained things to my 11yr old daughter too! she is 31 now and still goes to InVision, in fact the whole family does.
