Ryan was amazing, my Invisible Fence had been installed about 3 years ago and worked flawlessly however I got a new dog and wasn't having the same result. The guy who originally was the dealer here in Hawaii no longer was involved in the business, so Ryan took the time to fly over from Boise, Idaho, spent 4 days here and did the necessary adjustments that were suited to my dogs needs. My wife and I brought home a dog from the Idaho Humane Society and we realized we needed assistance to protect her. The fence in our back yard was too low and our dog could easily jump the fence. We were introduced to the owner of Invisible Fence and agreed to have him (Ryan) install the Invisible Fence around our entire property. The goal was to eliminate our dog jumping the fence.
