Just as we received an email from Treasure Valley Invisible Fence, our system went down. There was a disconnect but, we didn’t know it at the time since we were reconfiguring a new route to keep our dog from our new garden area.at first, it was very frustrating and I emailed the company. Love the invisible fence. Our puppy has learned to respect the boundaries of our yard. I have had my fence for a year and it still works great. My dog respects the boundaries!!!
Ryan was prompt, professional and timely. He prioritized our needs and was thorough in training our beloved puppy within the boundaries of the fence. Highly recommend!
Ryan, and his wife Cassie, were extremely thorough, friendly, and efficient. They were great in explaining how the system worked and working with the dogs with orientation. They were very efficient with follow up and spending time with a revisit and tweeking settings on the collars. They even brought their own dogs over to help challenge ours to stay in their boundary. We throughly enjoyed working with them and would highly recommend them.
