Very unorganized company that doesn’t keep their word. 2 different purchases with issues. First started approx 1.5 years ago. Great service! Helpful with getting my fence back up and running. The tech was super friendly. I would highly recommend choosing this brand over anywhere else.

We’ve had several hiccups with this organization. A part was not originally ordered correctly. The time frame they give for when the dog training will take place takes five hours of your day, for three sessions where you have to be available. The sessions themselves are timely and informative. Their trainers are smart and the product is high tech. It’s unclear if they are consistent with their pricing. I loved how friendly and knowledgeable the staff was. They were absolutely amazing when they worked with my dog to train him. The fence was installed without any issues, and I’m very happy with my experience while dealing with this company. I would recommend them highly to anyone who wants to keep their pet safe , but maybe doesn’t want to spend money putting up a traditional fence.
