This salon is extremely unprofessional. I booked an appointment and restructured my entire day around this appointment time. When I show up, they casually shout from across the room asking if I can come back in a "couple of hours". They acknowledged that I had a confirmed appointment time, but just didn't seem to care. They were completely unapologetic about it too. This was my first time here and had an amazing experience. Luigi was fantastic- personable, fast and clearly very experienced. His assistant, Giovanna , was incredibly sweet and did and amazing job with the blowout. The price was fair, and the salon itself was super chic and welcoming. Highly recommend!!!
I don’t even know where to begin Leticia didn’t just fix my hair, she honestly restored my confidence. Just a week ago, I went to Ulta asking for a balayage, and what I walked out with was nothing like what I asked for. The color was patchy, brassy, and felt so far from what I envisioned.
