I did an open gym drop in while traveling in the area. Very large space here. Large enough to run open gym and classes simultaneously.
Enrolled in the seven day pass on my visit to Washington DC. Joined the 7:30 AM performance class. The instructors and class members were magnificent. The gym area is spacious and well organized. Invictus Washington DC is a focused, high energy experience,
Positive environment with very informative coaches that really understand each workout. I have been taking classes here for a little over a month and have already seen improvements.
The box is perfect, and big. It has plenty of material and two different areas for classes and open gym. The staff was very welcoming and they helped me a lot through the drop in process. If I lived here, I would definitely join Invictus.
