Erik is amazing. I have given him multiple jobs that other mechanics couldn't repair on vintage American cars and he was able to diagnose them with pinpoint accuracy and they stayed fixed. If you think there are no more good mechanics, think again. On my 69 Lincoln, he rebuilt the power steering pump. Not replaced, rebuilt the original. I was having a problem with sluggish acceleration for years and he diagnosed that it had the wrong torque converter. I secured a new one and he has a friend that rebuilt that. Eric is a top-notch mechanic and I would highly recommend him to anyone I know, for basic repairs and more complex ones. He was able to successfully diagnose a long-running problem on my 2005 BMW when no other mechanic could solve it. I was happy to work with him and will drop my cars off for his services without a second thought.
I had a very positive experience with Erik at Invictus Automotive. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the issues with my Audi - the timing chain that was about to fail and the water pump that was leaking. He provided a fair quote and very quick turn around. Erik was a pleasure to work with and I recommend his shop.
Funny thing about my becoming a customer at Invictus. I had some work done on my Audi at a business that will go unmentioned, where they pretty much overcharged me for everything (4x Ignition coils and replacement Spark plugs). He did a great job programming his communication control module on my Cadillac Escalade. Eric is knowledgeable and his services were on par. Dealer held my car for days before attempting to diagnose.
