Their customer service is far from helpful. I had paid for my son to take the class and he completed a day in person. They then transferred him to the online platform and he got a notification he was enrolled and completed the class. He could not take the test because it was showing that the course was not paid for and Invictus Security was supposed to provide a coupon code. tell your office manager i.e. Secretary to stop making your company look stupid by claiming FL has an all out stay at home order that includes ALL public places. "the order is...." will you tell your moron to learn to read? also, do you support tyrants?
RecommendedJust finished my D license 40 hour course with Security Officer Instructor Ubaldo Cruz and he was very knowledgeable about his field and what pertains to it. He was very professional and made the information he taught easy to retain. I would definitely recommend Invictus for anyone trying to complete their security officer training!
Outstanding: Sean Conover gave me a wake up call. There are so many new rules and regulations that are so different from the past. Sean made it very easy to understand everything new that there is to know about Sucurity Officer training.Just a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Invictus. If you have Sean for your instructor you truly will be enlightened and blessed. I Cant say enough.... JUST AWESOME...Thank You Invictus best of 73....

Just finished the D license . Will definitely go back when I am ready for my G class very good class
- the training / classes were very helpful , the employees is very respectful and the instructor makes the class interesting . The instructor helps you under things if you don’t understand even though everything is very self explanatory . my brother went here and told me to come and i enjoyed the class a lot .
Great course. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a good school take to security classes. Ubaldo is very professional and helpful.
