Every day I thank my lucky stars that I did’t end up renting with this company. they baited and switched us with false promises on a move in date and tricked us into paying a high application fee when they knew they weren’t going to fulfill their promises. Ruth was very condescending and unwilling to work with us on a compromise at all. please do not disregard the bad reviews like we did.
Worst management company in las vegas, they dont fix anything ,properties that they rent are horrible ,rented from them for 4 years plus and never had anything repaired ,if maybe 3 things which took months to do after paying service fee after service fee for nothing to be done even before i moved out,i had a leak from the 50 year old a/c unit into the dining room, the refused to replace unit,while I had to eat dinner with water dripping out of the roof,at the same time washer went out,never was repaired before i moved out,so... read more
If there was a way to give a rating of NEGATIVE stars.. I most definitely would! RENTERS must BEWARE! All the reviews posted here are totally similar to our experience with InvestPro Realty/Ruth Mir/Kenny Lin.. the WORST customer service! This is the worst Property Management and Realty company in the entire world. VERY UNPLEASANT and THEY WILL NICKLE AND DIME YOU. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
Had me put a deposit on a house with the original terms being on the MLS. I have great rental history and 700+ credit. No nothing. They then tried to tell me they wanted a double deposit because of covid and it took them 5 business days to tell me that. Wasted so much of my time. Then when I asked for my deposit back they told me it would take 3-5 business days to cut a check and then when I had some people call them and “chat” they had a check cut immediately from INSIDE their office.
