I have used Investors Title for about 25 years now and have always found them to be second to none! My experience includes both as a principal on the purchase and sale of hundreds of properties and as a real estate broker on hundreds of transactions for our agents. Their depth of knowledge and experience allow them to deal with any situation and do so in a reasonable and fair manner. They have some of the best processors and closers in the business and no one can top their customer service!
I love working with Investor's Title! They have always been on top of everything. They are quick to respond to any phone call and email with any question I may present.
Do not use this company. The buyers that bought my house used them and they knew the closing was time sensitive due to a wire being processed and they waited 3 hours to send the wire costing my husband and I over $500 extra for our moving truck due to the wire not being processed in a timely manner like we requested multiple times.
Lord willing, I will never have to buy another house, but if I do, I will not use Investor's Title again. I closed on my house on 6/27, there were major last-minute SNAFU's involving the survey and title, and supposedly this was going to be taken care of immediately. It's been almost four weeks, I still don't have resolution, and I am no longer receiving answers to my emails.
