Horrible experience. Long story short, you had my bank information for 17 days and said everything good to go. The. On day of closing, my blank check was not good enough for you to transfer my funds. 17 days after receipt of my blank check, which you said was all good, and day which I am closing on house I am selling and house I am buying, you pull this stunt. I have closed close to 100 deals with Investor's. I have never had a single problem! I love being able to use the same closer and processor. The communication is great. If there's ever a question that needs to be answered by someone higher up, they are always responsive and helpful. Top notch group - wouldn't consider closing anywhere else!
