Unlike many negative reviews, I am really satisfied with their reasonable rates and services. Also, Randy is really a helpful guy.
I was handed over to this company in the middle of my lease. I did my full 1 year at the home and left the home in better shape than I got it in. I was told multiple times by both the man and the woman at this company that my move out date fulfilled the lease and nothing else was owed. Today ( 40 days after move out) I received my security deposit in the mail and it was only half of what I paid. $725 is wood of money and in this economy that money is needed big time for things like groceries and child expenses. I highly value my privacy. They never intruded nor did random checks in my home. I essentially lived there as it was mine. If I broke something I fixed it, and if I couldn't it was something they have to hire out for. I think if you're more for independence and don't mind doing some small home repairs this isn't a terrible place. They worked with me when I truly needed help and allowed me to provide a stable home for my kids through school and while I completed an apprenticeship program. Do not ever rent from this company for any reason. They have been the worst company I have ever done business of any kind with. The property manager repeatedly refused to have any repairs made in over a year. He blatantly disregarded my maintenance requests to get the A/C repaired so I went this entire summer without any. I have screenshots of him claiming maintenance requests were completed even though nothing was ever fixed.
