It needs a lot of work but it's ok
My apartment I live in was bought and Investor Property Management became my property management company. They never answer their phone and have never returned any of my messages. The email listed doesn't work. *Edit Weeks later from when I first posted this they started answering their phones and are perfectly nice and professional and are very nice in person and in office. I still get no replies to emails and my maintenance requests are ignored, but believe it or not they are still better then the old management company.
