SLUM LORD ALERT!!! Do not rent from this pompous rich kid that had everything given to him. Raises the rent but never makes any improvements. You will never get you deposit back. Roofs and plumbing leaking for over 10 years and now the building is full of mold. Refuses to replace a fire alarm panel could care less about tenant safety. The managers will steal your stuff every chance they get. No background check needed in order to move in.
