I’ve been living @ East Gate in Nutley NJ. It’s the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived @ . It’s very clean , quite & family oriented. The complex has great amenities & ample parking. Blair and his staff are tremendous. Owen
Location is perfect. Close to highways, restaurants and shopping. Blair and Anthony are a pleasure to deal with. Always answer the phone when you need them. Sometimes my mail was in front of my door. I did not even have to go to the mail room to get it. The grounds are kept immaculate. You will never have a problem looking for parking. I highly recommend renting here.
My husband and I have been living in IPG for 3 years and have had a great experience so far! Rent is reasonable and any issues are answered and resolved very quickly!
Best apartment property in Nutley! Many amenities in each apartment which makes for comfortable living. Can easily communicate with on-site Superintendent and Management staff if there is an issue. Good location for highway access and shopping. Big plus, there is a Gym!
