RecommendedLived there from 2010 to 2017 and loved it! Office staff were very kind and the maintenance wS spot on! The apartments were well kept and they felt like home.
Shady company with overpriced rent and cheap stuff. Will go out of their way to nickel and dime you and don’t do any favors even when you have lived there for nearly a decade. Just the tip of the iceberg. See my google review for more. Find somewhere else to live. 👎
Have had my detergent, five pairs of underwear, and my bike stolen since moving. No use even contacting the property manager because they don’t last more than 3 months 🤷🏻♀️

Was told an apartment was $805 when I toured it in person on two separate occasions. When I got my approval letter it had $910 a month on it. I called to see if it was a mistake and the Manger was rude and basically called me a liar on the phone instead of owning up to a mistake on her part. They also kept the $100 deposit on the unit they made me place with the application.
Due to an error with the electric company I ended up paying for electric for two months after I moved out. No new residents have moved in so this was Rolling Hills using this electric. They refuse to refund any of this money even though it should have been budgeted on their end and money they expected to spend. Very opportunistic and no loyalty to someone who had given them thousands of dollars in the amount of time I had lived there. Not even so much as a thank you for paying for their electric for them.
