Yes I miss California, but after 7 years, this is where I call home. It is centrally located, not far from Houston, close to Lee College, and only 45 minutes from the beach. Really happy here. The neighbors are great and the grounds are super clean. The rent in California is quadruple, so I love my Texas home!

Thank you all for the past 4 years. It has been a pleasure watching the changes in Baytown and at The Inverness Apartment. We will continue to keep this place immaculate!
All I have to say...Sue is amazing! Very clean place and a great deal for todays rent prices. I m finishing up at Lee College and when I get a 100K job...I m gonna stay here.
As a night shift manager I need a quiet place to live. The Inverness has proved to be that place. I have lived in 4 different appartment complexes in Baytown and this is my favorite place yet. I have not had any issues with the management and actually have found them to be very responsive when I have asked for things. Good value, clean grounds and quiet...I plan on being here for awhile.
I searched all over the Baytown and surrounding areas and found this place to be super nice! Not only the staff, but the grounds were immaculate. I leased an apartment and couldnt be happier (for 499!!). They could charge double if they wanted but they said good tenants important (I guess I made the cut!). It really looks like a place out of southern California. It is extremely quiet and near Lee College. Youve got to be kidding! This place is a nightmare. Will be glad to move when my lease is up! To many plumbing and electrical problems. Management/owner are rude and un-ethical breaking many Texas Property codes.
I have been searching for a 2 bedroom apartment and i came across The Inverness Apartment. This place was great! The staff was as nice as could be and everything around here seems to VERY well maintained. Unlike most apartments they have celling fans in the apartment and also washer and dryer hookups in some of the apartments. For those that dont they have an on site laundromat.
