I have never purchased a vehicle before today and everyone made the process smooth, seamless, and most of all two men encouraged me; they encouraged me that I could do this and I deserved this. They didn't push me, they listened, they offered guidance, and most of all they cared!! Highly recommend!!

We bought a used vehicle less than a month ago. We were so excited about this vehicle!! There were issues with the fob before purchase, but they said a new battery was put in and that it was fine, however a few days after, it stopped working and the service department said it was broken! And then the battery died (less than a month after purchase!), and Inver Grove refused to take any responsibility. And no one returned any of our phone calls.
