Great place simple and neat . But simple people and very friendly everyone denied me everywhere and last hope here I came and left with a low interest rate and low payment with a very bad score thanks guy for giving me the opportunity
If I could give them a zero I would . Bought a car from them in December and the day after I bought it , the transmission went out . They fixed it but like anyone else would I gave them a bad rating . One of the employees actually saw my bad rating And threatened me through text messages . Horrible service . Never go here . So many things wrong with the car I purchased from them !
Bought my brother a van for uber and Lyft and it has been fantastic great sales personnel and now I am back for a possible second vehicle
If you need a vehicle avoid "inver grove auto". They are scam artists. I went for a vehicle. Talked to them. Did what they said. They apparently didn't listen. They told me 1000 down and then told me 1500. Payments were way off from what they said. I fixed stuff on it and they said they fixed it. It costed me 350. They made me bring the car back. I lost 1000. And they never took it down from the website and have already been trying to sell it and lying.
Awesome customer service! Claudia worked with us for a good 2, 3 months and answered any questions we had and was able to get us a great vehicle for our family at an affordable monthly payment!
