Tried to reschedule my appointment due to a family emergency (I emailed and called to no answer). Someone called me hours later saying, “someone called me from this number” (so they weren’t even aware of my appointment, messages, nothing). They said I will be charged the $30 consultation fee regardless. If they accept walk-ins, that shouldn’t be the case.
