After installing my solar system in August of 2024 the solar system is under producing. The 7.6 kWh inverter is under producing the way it was installed according to *****. The manufacturer is Tesla and they say it was installed wrong. My issues is I cant get any one to come out and repair installation by INTY POWER or Palmetto who my payments go to.
We are so happy with our new solar panels! **** was great to deal with. Everyone involved is always available or quickly responded. All questions and concerns were answered professionally and promptly. Would definitely recommend.

Great to work with. Answered all of my questions. They stayed on top of the project, but other agencies made the end-to-end timeline go 90 days. Be patient.

I am not new to placing solar on my home. On our home in *********, ** we installed solar. The process from that experience to Inty Power has been like night and day. Inty Power has been great re adding solar to our house. They have met their obligations, responsibilities, and assertions without fail. We had a great experience with Inty Power. **** and **** are very knowledgeable of the business and provided us with a lot of information on solar. During the installation process **** was always available to answer our questions/concerns. The employees that we had contact with either by phone or in person were always courteous and arrived on time. We had a lot of doubts about getting solar but the experience has been nothing but great and would recommend this company to anyone!
Inty Power did and awesome job on my solar. I was not expecting the new Tesla battery that looks super chic and my neighbors are already asking me how they can get one. I think its cool how the Tesla logo on the battery glows at night. I can even control everything from my own phone, which made it very convenient for me as I am always on the go. Everything was easy from signing up, to installation and to getting it turned on. I highly recommend.
