Outrageous customer service, specially to *.***** (customer advocate )from ********************** very professional and helpful .They walked you and follow up through the entire process, not all companies do that , I highly recommend them.
After installing my solar system in August of 2024 the solar system is under producing. The 7.6 kWh inverter is under producing the way it was installed according to *****. The manufacturer is Tesla and they say it was installed wrong. My issues is I cant get any one to come out and repair installation by INTY POWER or Palmetto who my payments go to.
We are so happy with our new solar panels! **** was great to deal with. Everyone involved is always available or quickly responded. All questions and concerns were answered professionally and promptly. Would definitely recommend.

Great to work with. Answered all of my questions. They stayed on top of the project, but other agencies made the end-to-end timeline go 90 days. Be patient.

Inty Power has been great re adding solar to our house. They have met their obligations, responsibilities, and assertions without fail.
