I reached out earlier in the year ready to start therapy. That takes a lot of courage. She promised to get back to me in two weeks and I never heard from her. Even a “hey our schedules don’t align” would have been better than a false promise. I’m now finding it hard to get back into the “accepting therapy” headspace because it felt like I wasn’t taken serious.
Dr. Torres is amazing! Always very attentive and caring. I highly recommend her!
