I cannot say that I’m surprised to see several negative reviews for this salon, but relieved that I’m not just imagining such horrible service. Like many of the other complaints, I also purchased a Groupon last year for laser tattoo removal. Having two tattoos that I need removed, this seemed like an ideal opportunity to experience a trial run on one tattoo while considering them for future services. This is a bad place to do business. Had an appt. at the Galleria location. Arrived and doors were locked. Waited to see if anyone would show up...no one did. Took 2 days of calling and getting an answering machine or busy signals, before I was able to talk to a human being that told me my name was not in the books. Set up another appt. Been trying to reach them for 2 days now. All I get is an answering machine or a busy signal. Have left several messages...no one returns my calls. I love this place! Got my tattoo removal and starting my back hair with hair removal. Nice facility and friendly staff.

I loved this place! I decided to get laser hair removal because summer was coming up and there was a groupon for a place in Clear Lake which was awesome because most of the other places I see on Google and stuff are on the other side of town and I didn't want to go too far.
