I have been attending classes at Intrepidus Fitness since it's inception, and it has consistently been the highlight of my routine for over a decade. I’m a regular drop in at Intrepidus fitness when I’m in town for work. You will not find a more welcoming gym and community. Patrick is one of the best coaches I’ve ever trained under - I feel like a full time part of this community everytime I come and often I do the workouts in other places as the programming is so good. I’m sad every time I leave town - would love to be in this gym full time. 10/10 recommend.

Pretty good box. If you're looking for good fitness and training in the area, this will be a good choice because it’s CF, and it is a good place. Fair training and coaching and pretty well equipped; it’s a bit small in area, but there’s not many members. Most members are friendly and welcoming; Owners seem to be really good people. Can’t beat CF for value so just go and try it out!

Dropped in for a few days as was in town for work. Everyone very welcoming and facility has everything you need. Small class sizes also! Good workouts! Definitely will drop in again next time I’m in town….
